Dawn works collaboratively with designers and developers to ensure they add value to the people and products thoughtbot works with every day.
After many years in retail sales and supply-chain management, she took a big risk and changed the course of her career and completed a UI Design and Development program and began designing products and marketing collateral for various companies and start ups. In her current role, she continues to challenge herself, her team, and her clients to reframe and reshape problems into actionable objectives and solutions through design-thinking.
When she's not consulting, Dawn wrangles two young kids and enjoys the beautiful hill-country of Austin, Texas.
