Alaina Percival is an entrepreneur, corporate leader, board member, and angel investor who is passionate about advancing women’s careers, wealth, and influence across the globe. She is currently CEO and co-founder of Women Who Code (WWCode), an international nonprofit dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. Under Alaina’s leadership, the organization has delivered 16,000 free events and grown to serve 320,000 members in 147 countries.
Alaina is an accomplished tech speaker, appearing at WSJ.d Live, CodeMotion Milan, Grace Hopper, Columbia University’s Social Enterprise, Harvard's WECode and more. Alaina has been published by Forbes, Huffington Post, and the Wall Street Journal.
Alaina is highly active in the startup community and acts as an Advisor to CodePath and Shanti Safety, a Venture Partner with Valor Ventures, and a Scout for Picus Capital. In 2022 Alaina taught WomenLead in Technology at GSU, giving her the opportunity to support and inspire the next generation of leaders.
